In 2026, CHK Real Estate proudly stepped into the role of Title Sponsors for the Lake Ontario Short-Handed Racing Series (LOSHRS), one of the premier competitive sailing circuits on Lake Ontario. Hosted out of the Port Credit Yacht Club, the series challenges sailors across six races ranging from 22 to over 100 nautical miles - raced solo or with just one partner, where strategy, endurance, and precision define the outcome.

Led by Will French, this sponsorship is deeply personal. Having competed in the series for over 15 years and now serving on the Board of Directors, his connection to LOSHRS reflects a long-standing commitment to the sport and its community.

Our 5th Annual Mineola East Yard Sale was a fantastic success and a true reflection of the strong, connected community we’re proud to be part of.

From early morning treasure hunters to neighbours catching up on front lawns, the turnout and participation—over 30 homes—was incredible.

A sincere thank you to all the households who took part and brought such great energy to the day, and to our generous sponsors who helped make it even more special:
